Fines
Dance Track allows for fines to be placed on a entertainer’s accounts. You can create
any number of fines and corresponding fine amounts as your facility requires.
Examples categories may include General fines, scheduling fines and off rotation
fines. Within scheduling, you can utilize scheduling automation which will allow
you to configure automatic fines.
Off rotation fines Are $0 amount transitions
that just note a event occurrence. Example, you can create a fine of “Not
Feeling Well” and when you take a entertainer off DJ rotation for “Not Feeling
Well” it will be noted within the transaction reports and show up on the DJ
screen.
Fines can also be accessed when an entertainer is currently off shift.
You can configure the system to access the fine on the day of occurrence, which
will impact the back balance module, or you can have the fine accessed the next
time the entertainer clocks into a shift.
There are endless options on
configuring fines to work within Dance Track. There are several built in reports
that can be used for historical reporting

Fees
|
Fees are associated with revenue generated within rooms. During the configuration of room schedules you can assess up to 5 fees per transactions. The fees are apart of the room schedule as you may have a different fee rates depending on the time of day. Fees can be dollar amounts or percentages of the revenue.
Example, On Monday from 5pm-10pm you may have a 1 hour executive dance in which your revenue is $500.00. But the House accesses a “room rental” fee of $125.00 and the VIP host gets 15% of the revenue as a “VIP host fee”.
